The Ultimo Science Festival kicks off this Friday for 10 days!!

Here are just a few highlights:

Friday night 22nd		Big Night of Science, Powerhouse Museum,
Free
5.30pm-9.30pm		(Michael Shermer, Fred Watson, Stand-up
				 Mathematician, Bernie Hobbs, jazz and
wine)

Saturday 23rd 			Huge Family Science Day at the ABC,
Ultimo  (10am-4pm)
				(live shows, Catalyst onstage, reptiles,
Tour of the
				 Tummy, MadLab, Snag a Scientist, and
more!)

Tuesday 26th 			Science of Beer with lager-meister,
Chuck Hahn, UTS (6pm)

Aug 19-31st			art/science exhibitions at the Muse,
Ultimo TAFE
10am-4pm			(parasites, red wine dress, sea
creatures, nano-materials, 
				theatre costumes)
