use of antibiotics in commercial poultry?

10.30am Wednesday 2 July

Is chicken care up to scratch?

Poultry welfare has improved substantially in the past 30 years. But will
the need to efficiently produce increasing volumes of high-quality food in

is there a more optimistic outlook to be found?

10.30am Thursday 3 July

Poultry and health advantages - what are the real facts?

Poultry is fast becoming the animal protein of choice for many, with
consumers drawn to it as a good high-protein, low-fat option. But community
concern still exists around issues such as hormones, antibiotic residues,
genetic modification, cholesterol and others. What's the real story?

10.30am Friday 4 July
