ASC-Vic and other interested people

This is a reminder about the hands-on web 2.0 course happening on 3
April.  RSVP and payments must be made by 24 March

  Details of presenter, Grant Soosaloo following:  Full course details
below.

As a Trainer, Writer, Senior Technical Consultant and Project Manager,
Grant Soosalu provides a breadth of knowledge and expertise. He is an
experienced Trainer, Workshop Facilitator, Business and Technical
Writer, Manager, Computer Programmer and Electronics Engineer; with
degrees in Psychology, Applied Physics, Electronics Engineering and
Microprocessor Technology. Grant is also a qualified Total Quality
Management (TQM) Trainer, and has completed Master Practitioner
Certification in the behavioural sciences of Neuro Linguistic
Programming and Advanced Behavioural Modelling. More recently Grant was
awarded a Graduate Diploma in the newly emerging field of Positive
Psychology. 
Grant has over 10 years experience as a Manager of a Research and
Development Department for a large International Manufacturing Company.
And as a Senior Manager, was responsible for the coordination and
training of a national TQM program. He also has many years of training
experience in both the private and public sectors, where he has lectured
in computing, business and management skills, organisational excellence
and human communications. 
As a Programmer and System Designer, Grant has diverse experience in
both industrial and commercial applications. In his R&D role, he was
responsible for all aspects of the design and development of a number of
industrial process controllers, and has developed robotic controls,
embedded systems and done extensive work in applied computer image
processing. Grant was also responsible for the design, installation and
management of a number of office and factory automation systems. 
More recently, Grant has provided training, system development and
technical consulting services to a wide range of organisations, both
large and small. In this role, he has been involved in the development
and facilitation of numerous training programs and workshops

communication

Time: 3:15 for 3:30pm start.  Finish 9pm

Cost for ASC member: $246
Cost for non-ASC members: $306

A maximum of 20 people will be accepted.

A light supper will be provided (bikkies sandwiches, tea, coffee), so
you might need to pack a sushi roll or two to top up.

Booking confirmation and payment must be made by 24 March - no
exceptions because if we need to cancel we need to do so by this date or
