Communication Book Club and pick up a book guilt-free!

If you've found yourself putting off reading for fun, you should come  
along to the Inaugural Science Communication Book Club meeting for  
2009. We're forming a book club, discussing format and choosing a  
book, all with a civilized glass of wine/ beer/ soft drink and  
nibbles. Come along and have your say.

REMINDER for THIS WEEK: FRIDAY MAY 8

This Friday we have two practicum presentations from postgraduate  
students Sunita Pradan and Sonam Choden.
Sunita and Sonam are teachers from Bhutan who are both enrolled in the  
Master of Science Communication and Education at UWA.

Sunita will tell us what she plans to do in her practicum placement  
with Scitech's Maths Factory while Sonam will describe what she'll be  
doing during her practicum with Perth Zoo's Education Program.
