[ASC-list] ASC to reform in SA

The SA branch of ASC, defunct for some time, is to reform.

There will be two free introductory meetings this year, leading to an 
AGM and formal operations in 2010

More details later, but for those in SA who are interested, please keep 
these dates (6-8pm) free:
19 November and 14 December
