Any thoughts on what a new innovation minister will mean for science communication in Australia? It seems that we have lost an ally in Kim Carr:

"However the future for research reforms being contemplated by Senator Carr, notably his proposal to include community impact in research funding audits are no longer assured."

If that is a set-back, are there compensations? What has been gained?

Curiously, Nancy
