The following notice of workshops will interest those of you in NSW who are
interested in sustainability education. Last year several ASC members
responded to my request for comments to feed into last December's forum
about sustainability education. A few specifically mentioned they were
pleased that ASC was being invited to contribute to this area.
I called the NSW Dept of Environment, Climate Change and Water (DECCW) to
ask about these workshops and they confirmed they were supporting them. So
with the interests of a number of members in mind I'm forwarding this
information about free professional development workshops for practitioners
in sustainability education. Other workshops in this field are planned.
The info follows:
.... invitation below from DECCW to attend the Education for Sustainability
Workshops running across NSW in Feb /March. All sessions are free and
designed to assist our professional development.
The registration button is half way down the page. For more details see
www.efslearninghub.net.au <http://www.efslearninghub.net.au/> . Please
forward to your colleagues who work on programs related to education and
sustainability.
Note: there are separate free workshops for providers of services to
sustainability educators. Invitations follow shortly or see
