Hi all

I'm wondering whether anyone has experience with a relationship/contact
management system for tracking who (within the organisation, i.e. staff)
has spoken with whom, when and what about (outside the organisation, e.g.
partners, stakeholders, etc.)? Any recommendations?

I need something that is web enabled and easy to access (e.g. has a smart
phone or tablet app so that you can check when you're out and about); it
needs to be suitable for a decentralised organisation, to reduce the risk
of looking like it has poor internal communication and
creating 'communication fatigue' by contacting some key people too often,
usually about the same thing.

Thanks
Corinna
