[ASC-list] Patent Amendment Act ?

Anyone know where the "Patent Amendment (Human Genes and Biological
Materials) Bill 2011" is at ?

I'm a bit confused about the timetable for when things are voted on,
become legislation, etc. etc. - so maybe someone can clarify that.
