[ASC-list] Proxy for AGM

Hi all,
I just realised that I need to be in Melbourne for the CCRSPI conference on
the night of the ASC AGM in Brisbane. What the process is for making a
proxy vote?

I am looking forward to seeing the candidates for this dynamic and
important role.
