Hi all
Dr K Anders Ericsson has a theory that anyone can become an expert in any field with 10,000 hours of practice.
Dan McLaughlin, an American commercial photographer, gave up his day-job to test this theory. His chosen field? Golf. He'd never played the game and had no experience as a competitive athlete.
The 'Dan Plan' began with him practising putting from 1 foot from the hole.
5100 hours later, how's the theory working out?
