[ASC-list] Largest private employers of scientists in Australia?

I think it depends whether the question is about research scientists or science graduates. Path labs would hire so many BSc grads, but I’m not sure how much research they would do.

My guess was going to be some of the major pathology labs – Clinpath/Healthscope etc

Good question.

No idea but that won’t stop me guessing.

CSL?
BHP?
Cochlear (probably more engineers)?
The largest of the charitable hospitals?

I think I’ll put my money on CSL.
