Digital Producer
12 month initial contract
Immediate Start - December 2015
RiAus is Australia's science channel, promoting public awareness and understanding of science.
We are a progressive not for profit - at the forefront of Australian science content delivery through digital, live and print platforms.  We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Producer who can service the RiAus TV studio based in Adelaide, and assist with the delivery of high quality factual content for the Australian public as well as a range of specialised audiences.
You will work in a dynamic environment, which gives you the opportunity to develop your production skills working across the delivery of public events, and the creation of sponsored and non-sponsored video content.  The successful candidate will have an interest in science, confidence, strict attention to detail, a professional attitude, excellent technical knowledge, a passion for high quality customer service and a creative flare for producing engaging live experiences and video-based media.

Key requirements for the role include:

  *   Experience in digital studio environment
  *   A high level of camera and technical ability in studio and location production
  *   Familiarity with content management systems
  *   Able to problem solve issues for content producers and advise on the best ways to facilitate content ideas with the technology available
This role is offered on a 1.0FTE basis for an initial 12 month contract from December 2015.
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
