[ASC-list] Vic event: Life at the Nanoscale - Melbourne Knowledge Week

Great Melbourne Knowledge Week event coming up still has some free spaces.

As part of Melbourne Knowledge Week 2015, the ARC Centre of Excellence for Nanoscale Biophotonics and RMIT University would like to invite you to visit RMIT's new nanoscience imaging facilities and hear about the latest developments in nanoscale technology and its applications in health and medical sciences.

A panel of professionals will discuss how new nanoscale optical sensors will influence medical diagnostics and the understanding of health and disease. The panel will include:
— Dr Paul Willis (MC), Education and Outreach, CNBP
— Professor Calum Drummond, Research and Innovation, RMIT
— Professor Goran Roos, Translation and Impact, CNBP
— Mr Jian Shen, Olympus Australia
— Associate Professor Brant Gibson, CNBP and RMIT

Guests are welcome to tour the new research laboratories after the forum.

Date: Tuesday 20 October 2015
Time: 7.15am Guest arrival,  7.30am Commencement
Venue: RMIT University Level 6, Room 5, Building 80, Swanston street,
Refreshments provided, please include any dietary requirements in your RSVP email.
