ASC Victoria invite you to another one of our 'Case Study' series.
This time we'd like to introduce you to ASC member, Nicholas J Johnson, who's show Deceptology was recently part of the Melbourne Magic Festival. Nicholas gave away free tickets to ASC members and the winner, Sarah Turnbull wrote a great review on the ASC Blog - http://www.asc.asn.au/blog/2016/09/07/asc-reflection-deceptology/
Nicholas uses his background in science, magic and comedy to teach critical thinking, deception and illusion. At Embiggen Books in Melbourne's CBD he will talk about how he uses magic as a foil for communicating the science and how he developed the show.
""Who would have thought science - and maths - could be funny let alone hilarious! Nicholas J. Johnson is as good a laugh as he is a conman." - The Herald Sun
Find more information at Nicholas' homepage for his magic show and the fiction books he has written: http://www.conman.com.au<http://www.conman.com.au/>
