This interactive session will explore what effective partnerships for science communication events and programs look like, why they are extremely useful, how they can flourish, and the stages they go through.
Join Dr Graham Walker from the Australian National University for a Q&A session that will allow you to reflect on partnerships you already have or would like to make, so please come with some in mind. We will also briefly touch on some of the underlying principles for winning funding, through less formal sponsorship arrangements or writing grants.
This is the third event as part of the Small Scale: Big Impact series delivered to support event organisers with core event-management skills. This event is hosted in partnership by Inspiring the ACT and the Australian Science Communicators (ACT branch).
